Visibility

Your name (and profile photo, if you upload one) is visible to other Summer Ice members in slot rosters. Your email, phone, and skill division are private. You can switch to a privacy mode showing only your first name and last initial at any time in your profile.

Email

We send transactional emails about your account: sign-in links, payment receipts, and reminders about upcoming sessions. We do not share your email with anyone outside Summer Ice.

Leaving

You can leave at any time by asking the league admin to remove your account. Your personal information (name, email, phone, photo) is deleted; your registration history is retained without identifying details for the league's fair-queue audit records.
